We emailed you about migrating your Oculus account to a Meta account on October 31, 2022. Your Oculus account will be scheduled for deletion if it is not migrated before September 22, 2026. Your Facebook account in the same Account Center won’t be affected.
To migrate your account: Go to auth.meta.com/websetup - if you are not prompted to set up a Meta account, first log out at auth.meta.com/logout
Select "Continue with Facebook" and log in with your email acccount with the Meta account.
Follow the steps to complete migration and set up your Meta account. The following will be deleted alongside your account if you don’t migrate:
Apps and in-app purchases
App store credits
Achievements
Friends list
Content you created
If you don’t migrate before your account is deleted and you have eligible purchases on your account, we’ll send you a coupon code. Create a new Meta account at horizon.meta.com to restore your eligible purchases and link your headset.
